Dairies by Tomur Atagök
Tomur Atagök's 'Diaries' from over a thousand postcard-sized collages produced between 1990 and 2006 were exhibited at Artvarium. These works, which Atagök started during his trip to Paris in 1990, included pictorial/artistic notes on his travels in Germany, the U.S.A., England, Greece, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Azerbaijan and some parts of Turkey. Contrary to the content of the diary as a literary style, Tomur Atagök collected the materials she used in her diaries while she was living in the moment, but she actually brought the past and the present together by producing her works much later.
